• Wallet information. Public blockchain addresses you connect to the Services, together with the transaction history associated with those addresses that is publicly available on the relevant blockchain.
• Device and usage data. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Support communications. The content of messages you send to our support team, including any attachments.
• Account information. Where you create an account using a third-party identity provider, the identifier and email address returned by that provider.

We do not collect your recovery phrase or private key, and we do not ask for them. Do not send them to us through any channel.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
• Process transactions and display your positions and balances;
• Respond to support requests and communicate service notices;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

• Blockchain networks. Information you submit in a transaction is recorded on a public blockchain and is not capable of being deleted.
• Legal and regulatory authorities. Where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of us or others.
• Successors. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Requests are subject to verification. Rights relating to information recorded on a public blockchain cannot be fulfilled, as that information is immutable.

Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
