How do I deposit funds?
Open your wallet, choose Deposit, pick the network and copy the deposit address. Send funds from an exchange or another wallet to that address. The deposit credits once the network confirms the transaction.
Which networks and tokens are supported?
USDC on Polygon is the default and carries no conversion fee. USDC on Ethereum, Base and Arbitrum are also supported. Deposits in other tokens are converted at the prevailing rate on arrival.
My deposit hasn't arrived. What now?
Most deposits credit within minutes. If it has been over an hour, first check that the network you sent on matches the network of the deposit address — a mismatch is the most common cause. If they match, open a ticket with the transaction hash.
Is there a minimum deposit?
No minimum. Deposits under $1 may not credit, because the network fee on that transfer can exceed the value being sent.
Does Polymarket charge a deposit fee?
No. The only cost is the gas fee charged by the network you send on, which is collected by that network and not by us.
How do I withdraw?
Open your wallet, choose Withdraw, enter the destination address and amount, then confirm. Funds return on the same network you deposited on unless you change it.
How long do withdrawals take?
Usually under ten minutes. The transaction is broadcast immediately, but confirmation depends on the chain, and congestion can slow it down.
Why is my withdrawal pending?
A withdrawal stays pending while its transaction is unconfirmed. Track it with the hash shown in your activity feed. If it has been pending for more than an hour, open a ticket with that hash.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Withdrawals on Polygon are free. Other networks may carry a fee, which is shown before you confirm, never after.
Why is part of my balance locked?
Funds committed to an open position stay locked until the market resolves or you sell the position. Locked funds are shown separately from your available balance.
Why do I need to migrate my address?
We are moving to an upgraded contract. Once the migration window closes, old deposit addresses stop crediting, so funds sent there after that point will not appear in your account.
How do I migrate my address?
Open Wallet, choose Migrate, and confirm the new address. Your positions, balance and open orders move across with it.
What happens to my open positions?
They carry over unchanged. Market resolution and payouts are unaffected by the migration.
Can I migrate after the deadline?
Not automatically. After the deadline you will need to open a ticket, and the migration is handled manually, which takes considerably longer. Migrate before the window closes if you can.
My migration failed. What went wrong?
The usual cause is an unreachable destination address or another transaction still in flight. Let pending activity settle, then retry. If it fails twice, open a ticket before trying again.
A market resolved incorrectly
Resolution follows the source named in the market rules. If the outcome disagrees with that source, open a ticket with the market link and the source you are referring to. Disputed markets are reviewed before payouts finalise.
The chart or price feed is frozen
Price feeds pause occasionally during thin liquidity. Refresh the page first. If it stays frozen for several minutes, report it with the market name and roughly when you noticed.
My order didn't execute
Orders fill at the price available when they reach the book. If the book moved in between, the order may fill partially or not at all. Your activity feed shows the final status.
I was logged out mid-trade
That happens when the session token expires. Nothing is lost — the order either reached the book or it didn't, and the activity feed shows which. Sign back in and check before resubmitting, so you don't double up.
My balance looks wrong
Pending deposits and unsettled positions can make the total look off. The activity feed itemises every movement. If the numbers still don't reconcile, open a ticket with a screenshot.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from this page. Include your account address, and for anything transaction-related include the transaction hash too. Tickets are answered in the order received.
How does market resolution work?
Every market names a resolution source in its rules. When the event concludes, that source is checked and the market resolves to the outcome it reports.
How do I report a bug?
Open a ticket describing what you expected, what actually happened, and the steps that reproduce it. A screenshot and the approximate time make it far easier to trace.
Where are the terms of service?
Linked from the footer of every page.
How do I close my account?
Withdraw any remaining balance first, then open a ticket requesting closure. An account with a non-zero balance cannot be closed.
